VISION

After many vain attemps to split or dislodge a rock, Umar went to the Prophet (pbuh) who took the pickaxe from him and gave the rock a blow at which a flare as of lightning flashed back as of the city and towards the South.

He gave it another blow and again there was a flash but in the direction of Uhud and beyond it towards the North.

A third blow split the rock into fragments and this time the light flashed eastwards.

Salman saw the three flashes and understood that they must have some significance. So he asked for the interpretation from the Prophet (pbuh) who said :

“Did you see them Salman? By the light of the first I saw the castles of Yemen; by the light of second I saw the castles of Syria; by the third I saw the white palace Of Kisra at Mada’in. Through the first God opened up to me the Yemen, through the second He opened to me Syria and the West, through the third, the East!”

Penubuhan Badan antara agama

The Leadership of ‘UMAR IBN AL-KHATTAB

He was born around 586 AD. He came from tribe of ‘Ady ibn Ka’ab. His tribe was known by its knowledge, wisdom and intellect.

‘Umar had been known for his resolve and toughness. He was very knowledgeable, very educated and was also a successful trader. However, ‘Umar was more interested in acquiring knowledge than in gaining money. He memorized a lot of poetry and read a lot of history.

The knowledge of ‘Umar allowed him to be ambassador of Quraiysh. The knowledge of ‘Umar deepened his sense of responsibility and his concern about his people and what could help their welfare.

He was a very disciplined person and committed to law and order. He was very though on those who deviated from the norms of the society.

The knowledge of ‘Umar had also contributed to his strong feelings about his opinions and his arguments. ‘Umar was very adamant. He was among the staunch opponents of the early Muslims as he felt that the Muslims were dividing and weakening his people.

Prophet Muhammad used to say:
“O Allah! Strengthen Islam by the more lovable to you: Abu Jahl (‘Umar ibn al-Hakam) or ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab.” (Tarmidhi)

And, the history traced that ‘Umar had embraced to Islam and he became one of the successors of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him.

We are in the 'fatrah imtihan' ^_^.Final exam, inshaAllah in 2nd year of Medical School. (Sanah Thaniah fi Kuliyah at-Thib) Same2 doakan utk kecemerlangan bersame,yea... >KEMBALIKAN KEGEMILANGAN UMAT ISLAM<

Buat sahabat2 (x kira d mane2 berada)...jangan berasa lemah dalam menghadapi ape jua bentuk tribulasi dlm hidup ini...Pasakkan sifat BERANI dan SABAR dalam diri. Semamangnya, kite adalah MANUSIA yg sangat2 lemah.. Tp, jgn sekali lupa, kite ade ALLAH subhanahu wata'ala. HE is the only ONE that we put our hope. ok? Remember that.

Ana mohon maaf kepada semua yg pernah ana berbuat silap padanya. Minta maaf... Semoga Allah beri kekuatan kepada kita utk menjadi yg lebih baik. UMAT ISLAM HARUS CEMERLANG!

I BEGIN FROM THE ZERO

Assalamu'alaikum...pengalaman itu madrasah kehidupan...mcm nk menulis dlm B.Inggeris. but, I'm sorry for any broken english.^_^

Things happen unexpectedly. It’s just around the corner…what is it? The Cairo Sport’s Day. I’m not going to tell about the sport’s day. But I would like to share something that we call ‘tarbiah’ from what had happen around me (include myself).

I admit. Everyone has his/her right to choose. Our nice experience during the MEDISAL 2010 (the latest PERUBATAN sport’s day in Cairo) make me feel a little confident in building a team. A NETBALL team for Al-Azhar.

However, like I said from the beginning…things happen unexpectedly. We took 22 days to practice and build ukhwah amongst us, as we believe that chemistry among the players is very, very, very important to ensure that we have a fraternity between each other. And that was what we had done for MEDISAL CUP 2010. Alhamdulillah.

Now, in this March 2010, may be Allah wants to let me go through a new adventure. Who knows..? and I also never know. There are only a few days left for us to build a new NETBALL team for Al-Azhar! It seems that we’re going to begin from the zero. Woaaa….subhanallah…wake up , Su!!! You have to make it! Take the challenge,sis!

~I’m trying to be a tough person, but this one made me gonna cry…..but, Alhamdulillah…Allah brings to His servant an obstacle together with the relief. My friends (act.my ahlul beit) told me to turn the remorse into strength! And I’m trying to make it! Oo..Allah, please help me…

I want to be like the sahabat, Abdul Rahman Ibn ‘Auf r.a. – The Man of Gold Finger. He is one of the success Muslim businessman. During the migration of early Muhajiroon to Yathrib (now, Madinah al-Munawwarah), included Abdul Rahman ibn ‘Auf, they left behind all their belongings.

Our hero, Abdul Rahman Ibn ‘Auf had a special talent in a commerce, which he put to very good use. When Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h.made a special arrangement of fraternity between pairs of Makkah emigrants and Madinite supporters, our hero’s counterpart was Sa’d Ibn Rabi’, the Madinite.

Sa’d Ibn Rabi’ said to Abdul Rahman Ibn ‘Auf… “my Brother, look…I’m one of the wealthiest people in Madinah.I have two farms and two wives. Choose the farm you like, and it is yours; and choose the wife you like, and I will divorce her for you to marry.”

Guess what?

Our hero, Abdul Rahman Ibn ‘Auf replied…”May Allah bless your family and your property, but I have no need for either. Please take me to your market-place.”

Subhanallah….he left his beloved country, Makkah and all his wealth, only for Islam. And In Madinah…he started everything from the zero. And he made it! Believe in Allah….^_^
